This was a water-based, locally made, no sheen/gloss sealer.

🗿Sculpture sealing using a matte finish, water based, low VOC sealer which is made locally in Vancouver!

We first cleaned this sculpture using low pressure and then followed up with sealing.

Now this beauty will be protected from all elements + UV rays and stains of any kind for many years to come.

We are preparing for re-sealing by removing all tire marks and other stains for a great repeat client.

We last pressure washed + sanded + sealed the pavers one year ago.

Since these pavers were previously sealed, all of the tire marks and other staining came off very easily by using a pressure washer only, without the use of any solutions at all.

That's one of the many benefits of sealing; it makes maintenance exponentially easier in the long run, even if you have heavy tire marks.
