Hello!

Our summer cleaning prices are as follows:

Weekly/Bi-weekly Cleaning

1 cleaner - $37.50/hr (minimum 3 hours)
2 cleaners - $75/hr (minimum 3 hours)

Deep Clean (we recommend once per season)

1 cleaner - $55/hr (minimum 3 hours)
2 cleaners - $110/hr (minimum 3 hours)

Move In/Out

1 cleaner - $55/hr (minimum 3 hours)
2 cleaners - $110/hr (minimum 3 hours)

We ask that all pets be out of the working space while we are cleaning.

***We do offer unscented pure organic cleaning products add-on for $10 per job (unfortunately the solutions are very expensive).***

Please note that you can add an hour of deep cleaning onto any package but we must know in advance due to scheduling.

A 24-hour cancellation is required or your following cleans would need to be prepaid.

Inside appliances are booked as deep-cleaning item.

We do not do high interior windows or any external windows.

For monthly services, if you prefer to pay ahead we can give you a 10% discount.

Tax receipts can be emailed upon request.

Payment is made at the time of service in cash or etransfer.

We are insured and have glowing references.
