Tips for knowing if your house is really clean

Cleaning the house is a big effort and sometimes we forget about things that we need to clean but not anymore. We are going to give you a few things that you need to clean if you really want to have a clean house.

1.Microwave: we use it every day and how often do you clean it? On the inside you can find a lot of food marks and grease. Make sure you clean it at least 3 times per week.

2.Under the beds: one of the places that have a lot of dust, hairs and also cobwebs. So, you can use the vacuum to clean under your bed and don’t forget to mop at the end.

3.Decorations: another place where you will find dust and cobwebs. Decorations are easy to clean just use a duster and do it carefully.

4.Mattresses: we sleep on it every night so it’s good to clean it at least once every month and if you can two or more if you remember. It’s the the perfect place for bed bugs and we don’t want them in our bed.

5.Carpets: how many times do you step on the carpet? A lot, that’s for sure. Don’t get comfortable to walk on the dirt and use the vacuum to clean them and maybe once every month take them to a place to get a deep clean.

5 things that you can do with white vinegar

-Disinfect: White vinegar will help you to kill bacteria in different places like the kitchen countertops, the dishwasher and cutlery.

-Clean mirrors and windows: You need to mix warm water with white vinegar and put it in a spray bottle. Spray some of the mix where you want to clean and use a microfiber cloth to wipe it down.

-Odor removal: In a spray bottle mix water with white vinegar and spray it around the house so you can remove all the bad smells. Also, you can add a few drips of a essence that you like.

-Erase watermarks on wood: Mix a cup of vinegar with one cup of vegetable oil and dip a microfiber cloth in the mix. Then start to clean the mark in the same direction as the wood. After you finish use a dry cloth on the surface and this will help to remove the excess of water and to leave the wood shining.

-Pet’s p*e: Vinegar is really good to clean the space where your pet is because it helps with the smell of the p*e. Next time that your dog p*es on the floor take a clot and put some vinegar and water, wipe down the p*e and this will help make the smell disappear and you will be able to clean the p*e perfectly.

You don’t need to spend a lot of money when you may have vinegar at home to use, it works really good, it will help you to clean surfaces and many areas of your house. Best of all it’s also a natural cleaner.

A lot of times after we finished the cleaning of the house we feel like we did a lot or exercise and this is because the activity we are doing requires a lot of different movements and effort to do everything.
One of the healthiest things to do is exercise and why not mix it in with an activity that will help you to feel good like having your house clean.

It is important to check that you are able to do all the cleaning activities. Moving tables or lifting chairs can be hard so you don’t get hurt by doing anything beyond your capabilities. Once you know what you can do and what you can’t do you can start with planning your cleaning day.

Don’t forget to check if you have all the cleaning supplies such as cloths, vacuum, a mop and a duster. After checking the list start to get your body moving. Open your arms and put them up and down like you want to touch the ceiling and the floor, bend your knees a little bit and repeat this for 3 times.
Also, something else that can help you to enjoy this task is to choose a good playlist in that case you feel motivated.

Now you are ready to clean the house while you are burning calories. This is the best combination for people that want to keep moving while they are taking care of their house.

We want to give you a few tips for your autumn cleaning so you don’t forget anything.

1.Doors and windows: one of the things in the house that can get so dirty are the windows and the doors. So, this is the time to clean them and also it is a good idea to check if they are working properly.

2.Patio and garden furniture: take advantage of the last warm days of the season and rinse everything with a hose and store the garden furniture in your garage.

3.General indoor cleaning: you will need to do a deep cleaning inside the house, clean curtains or blinds, organize wardrobes, cabinets and everything that you think needs to be done.

4.Remove all cobwebs: it’s recommended to remove the cobwebs from your home, because it is spider season and you don’t want to have them everywhere. You can use an extendable duster which will enable you to reach the cobwebs in the corners near your celling.

5.Keep dirt outside: we recommend using a heavy scraper mat to keep as much dirt as possible out.
