To our valued clients and those considering our services,
I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their patience, understanding, and support over the past several months. I know it has been sometimes difficult to be patient as we figure out some operational challenges.
Many of you may have noticed that things have moved a little slower than usual at times, and I feel it's important to be transparent about why. Earlier this year, I found myself dealing with significant health challenges likely stemming from burnout. Like many small business owners, I poured everything I had into my work, my young family, and the people around me for a very long time, and eventually my health forced me to slow down and reassess my priorities. Stepping back when needed wasn't an easy decision, but it was a necessary one. While I have been working hard behind the scenes to keep things moving forward, there were times when family and health simply had to come first.
Through it all, I have been incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and understanding shown by so many of our clients. Your support has meant more than you know!!
I am also excited to share some good news. After more than six months of searching, I am thrilled to announce that Neat Revolution will be welcoming a new team member this July. This has been a long awaited addition, and I was committed to finding the right person, not just someone to fill a position, but someone who truly embodies the values, care, and quality that this business was built on. I don't take the trust you put in us lightly. I couldn't be happier with the person joining our team, and I'm excited for what this means for the future.
I also want to publicly thank the incredible team members who have stood by me and helped carry the load during these challenging months. Their loyalty, dedication, and willingness to step up when needed have been invaluable, and I am deeply appreciative of each of them.
This season has taught me a lot about balance, asking for help, and the importance of taking care of ourselves so we can continue showing up for others. I am feeling optimistic about what's ahead and grateful to have such wonderful clients and team members beside me.
