Happy Sunday everyone!
Just wanted to share these photos with you. This morning I look outside to my wreath with my cup of tea in my hand to find a beautiful yellow finch sitting in the middle of the wreath - oh I have to take a picture of this I thought to mysef, well by the time I got my phone up and out, the bird had moved to the outter part of the wreath. The picture wasn't as cute but I still liked it. I walked away for a few minutes than eventually looked outside again, to see a female finch (his mate perhaps?) Joining him for a breakfast buffet, oh I need a picture of this I thought to myself...I took the picture and walked away once again and eventually made my way back to the wreath and what do I see.....3 birds on the wreath! 2 finches and one nuthatch.....there was a chickadee waiting for his/Her turn on the wreath as well. It was such a lovely sight to see Sunday morning!
I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!

I came across this post from the Crow Society page.
I found it a quick and informative read. Not song bird related but still they are our feathered friends!

‎🖤 Nature’s Smartest Foragers 🖤
‎Crows are among the most intelligent birds on Earth—and their food choices prove it.
‎As true omnivores, they enjoy a wide variety of meals: from protein-rich meat scraps to cheese, egg yolk, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and even pet kibble.
‎These clever birds can recognize food sources, remember locations, and adapt their diet based on what’s available—just like survival experts in the wild.
‎Watching crows eat isn’t just about feeding birds, it’s a glimpse into nature’s intelligence, adaptability, and balance.
‎Sometimes, the simplest foods tell the most fascinating stories. 🌿🐦‎

Thank you, Frank from Newtonville, for sharing your photos!
I think they are great!
The product Frank purchased was the 4pk of minis. Which was a perfect match for this location!

Don't forget Valentines Day is coming soon. It is not too late to get your orders in!
