Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our valued clients — those who have been with us, those we currently serve, and those who may join us in the year ahead.

We want to sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we navigated one of our busiest seasons. With unexpected illnesses and schedule changes, your kindness and flexibility meant more to us than you know as we worked to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

We are truly grateful for each and every one of you. Your trust and loyalty allow us to do what we love, and we wouldn’t be here without our incredible clients — and of course, our amazing staff who show up every day with dedication and heart.

✨ A quick scheduling note:
I will be out of the country from January 2nd–9th. During this time, our team will continue handling schedules as they are, and all regular services will run as planned.
If you have any schedule changes or special requests, please send them prior to January 2nd, as I may have limited access to my phone and cannot guarantee timely responses while away.

A quick winter reminder as Saskatchewan steps into its frosty season:

When the snow falls — or blows in sideways like it loves to do — please make sure your stairs and walkways are cleared before our team arrives. It keeps everyone safe and lets us bring supplies in and out without slipping or struggling.

If we get to your home and can’t safely access it due to snow or ice not being cleared, we may have to cancel the clean for that day. Safety always comes first for our team.

And if the temperature drops below –35°C (before windchill), we may need to postpone cleans as well. At those temps, cars freeze, supplies freeze, and hauling gear becomes a risky task.

Thank you so much for understanding, for caring about our crew, and for rolling with the wild prairie winter alongside us.
