👍 Bought this light weight on sale at Walmart tonight, will get another one eventually to even it out. I’m a HUGE fan of farmer carries. With a busy lifestyle, this is something you can do once or a few times a day with a short amount of time and it works about every muscle in your body…

📸 This picture was taken last Sunday at our family cottage, we made it over for a few hours in the afternoon. Isabella got too cold after walking into the water, so her and mama went back inside and I sat with Glenn and watched him throw what felt like a few hundred rocks into the water one by one, taking breaks to give me / or point me to a huge one to throw and make a BIG splash.

🙏 Lord willing, after I get a bit of work done we are headed back there today and the kids are very excited to see “Nana & Pal” again! 🥰

God has blessed me abundantly with lots of business but one thing I am personally working on is my work/life balance and spending more time with my family even if it means I can’t get you booked in as fast as you’d like. 🎥 I made this reel for my good friend James James Hall over at MJH Mobile Wash 📞 (902-956-1785)

✨He does amazing work and also cleans buildings, houses, and heavy equipment! Sometimes companies will hire him to clean the outside of heavy machinery & PRO 22 takes care of the inside detail work 🤝
