Over the years, we've cleaned 10,000+ unique homes of all types and conditions, and as such, have an excellent understanding of how much time services usually take for homes of all sorts that are in average to good condition. Your

service time estimate is based on this experience. This is an estimate only and will vary. To give you peace of mind, we charge a flat rate for the service and will clean your home until the job is complete. However, from time to time, client expectations and/or conditions are materially different from what is “normal” and will take longer than what we have determined to be a reasonable range of time. In those instances, the client has two options: we can clean until we have reached the maximum allowable service time based on our fair usage policy, or, the client can upgrade to a higher service tier to cover the extra time required to clean the home on a regular basis. In the event that service takes longer than estimated, we cannot guarantee the service will be completed on the day booked. Due to time and schedule constraints, we may need to return at a future date to complete the service. Should your service take more time than estimated on a regular basis, we will reach out to you to review your options and how you would like to proceed.
