Tiss the time of year for allergies!!

Clean filters ensure optimal air quality by trapping dust and allergens efficiently, preventing the release of pollutants that clogged filters can cause.

We cleaned this by only vacuuming!

Regular maintenance also protects your unit's lifespan by preventing the motor from overworking, leading to better energy efficiency and lower bills.

Remember to clean pre-filters every 1–3 months and replace HEPA filters every 6–12 months, but always check your manufacturer’s instructions!

Now you can breathe easy ;)

With the support of local sponsors GOJO, Makers of PURELL, HD Supply, and Hallmark Housekeeping Services Inc., 20 dedicated volunteers will join forces with five incredible crew chiefs from JEM Cleaning and Mopped Up Cleaning to bring comfort and care to five cancer patients by cleaning their homes.

This special day is part of Cleaning for a Reason Month, celebrating 20 years of helping cancer patients live in clean, healthy homes—and reminding us of the power of service and community.

The journey continues across Canada, with upcoming Volunteer Days in:
📍 Edmonton, AB – June 23
📍 Vancouver, BC – August 19
📍 Montreal, QC – October 21

While these efforts will make a meaningful difference for several families, many more across Canada and the United States are still waiting—navigating treatment, fatigue, and uncertainty without the support of a clean home.

We just wrapped up an amazing Volunteer Day of Cleaning! ✨

Today, April 8, 2026, twenty ISSA Canada volunteers, guided by (a few of us) Mopped Up Cleaning and JEM Cleaning crew chiefs, united to support Cleaning for a Reason, an ISSA Charity that offers free home cleaning to cancer patients.

This special day is part of Cleaning for a Reason Month, honoring 20 years of helping cancer patients live in clean, healthy homes. ❤️

For the past eight years, we've had the honor of helping cancer patients through this cause, which has touched us personally as we too lost loved ones to cancer.

Today we cleaned in tribute to them- our grandma, our dad, our best friend and supported Cleaning for a Reason to bring comfort to even more patients in need.

As long as Cleaning for a Reason is here, so will we be! 💪

Together, we created healthier, cleaner homes for those who need it most and have back the gift of time.
