We get calls like this more often than you’d think. A family had a regular cleaner they genuinely liked. She was kind, familiar, and had been helping them for a while. But then, she started missing appointments—once, then again. When she did come, the little details were always left behind: dusty baseboards, forgotten corners, and that sticky patch under the cabinet that never got touched.
They didn’t say anything at first. It felt uncomfortable. They didn’t want to hurt her feelings or seem overly picky. So they kept cleaning around the cleaning—just enough to get by. But the frustration quietly built up… until they finally reached out to us.
We walked into a home that wasn’t messy—just a little neglected. A place that deserved more care than it had been getting. So we cleaned it the way we’d want our own homes cleaned: fully, thoughtfully, baseboards and all.
And when they saw it after? You could see the relief in their faces. Like someone had finally said, “You deserve better.”
