A Small but growing PLUMBING COMPANY is seeking a PART-TIME Office Admin/ bookkeeper
Hours are part time and very flexible as we are a 24/7 Plumbing and Drain Company
The position will be Part-time to start until further notice approx(15-30 hrs a week)
Work including week days
the candidate must meet the following
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Excellent communication is manners a must!
*INVOICING / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE.
*Experience with performing accurate data input with iMAC computers and its software
Office/PowerPoint/excel/QuickBooks etc.
*Monitor accounts and execute policies with regard to invoice warranty and use of outside collections if needed
*Invoicing and data entry details
(Asset if you know)
*Preparation of regular external filings such as HST/GST
*look up warranties on customer invoices (if needed)
*Respond to queries and correcting errors identified and report manager/owner about employee / customer errors.
GENERAL SKILLS:
Must be EXPERIENCED with MAC COMPUTERS, Office and QuickBooks.
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
Skilled in maintaining accounting & bookkeeping records.
Experience with personal and corporate taxes would be an asset.
Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with both company and business personnel.

- Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities
