Maybe just 1 squirrel to many. After the tenant left. Wow the problems became apparent. This started out a a spider call. But after the site visit. The conclusion was. Mice need to go. The squirrel is a safety hazard and the spiders are gone as of now. This is a bit of a job so the work is on going. Stay tuned.
