Cleaners Needed:

Looking for locals that are interested in either picking up a few extra hours or full-time work.

We are able to provide a flexible work schedule so that you can also maintain a second job or provide full-time hours for those interested.

Hours range from 8am-5pm

Duties:

- Light duty cleaning

(sweeping, cleaning washrooms, floors, windows, dusting, vacuuming& disinfecting surface areas)

- Post construction cleaning

( drywall dust removal, vacuuming, ceiling to floor detailing, some removal of construction material up to 50lbs)

Requirements:

- Organizational skills to keep rooms and storage areas clean and organized

- Communication skills to take take direction and work along side other cleaners

- Attention to detail to perform a through job

- Integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness to be left to work independently

-Preference will be given to candidates with proven cleaning experience, although we are happy to train. Ability to multitask and have positive attitude is key.

- Clear criminal record check through the RCMP is required

Job summary:

-To Create a stable and warm work environment for staff.
-Obtain work relations with Customers.
-Being able to set an example of cleanliness to staff and supporting them as needed.
-Initiative and willingness to help grow the company.

Duties:

-Meet with New clients
-Create Property checklists
-Scheduling
-Consistent communicate with clients and staff
- Check properties to maintain TCC standard.
-Time management
-Cleaning and working along side your team.
-Hiring and training staff

-Ability to clean different/new locations at the same efficacy and thoroughness
-Flexible with hours
-Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms and Kitchens are sanitary.
-Monitor and maintain sanitization and organization of assigned areas
-Must work in accordance with the enhanced cleaning procedures outlined in the T.C.C. guidelines for Covid-19 protocols
-Coordinating duties with other cleaners.

Qualifications:

-Personal maturity, sound judgement, motivation and integrity
-Desire and willingness to lead a team, while also being able to work with others
-Great interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of health and safety standards; able to handle cleaning supplies safely
