TIMMINS POLICE PUBLIC APPEAL TO LOCATE WANTED PERSON

The Timmins Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance with locating wanted person, Desean WESLEY.

On the 5th of November 2025, the Timmins Police Service attended a residence located at 193 Fifth Avenue in Timmins for a shooting. The victim, D’Andre DEARINE was pronounced deceased as a result of gunshot wounds.

After an extensive investigation and with assistance of other police agencies in Ontario, the accused has been identified as Desean Prince WESLEY, 18 years of age. A warrant of arrest for the accused was issued for First Degree murder, along with other Criminal Code offences. His last known address is in the Durham region.

Efforts have been made to locate the accused without success.
