🏡 What’s your favourite room to clean? “I enjoy cleaning every room, but for some reason I find my ‘zen’ in the kitchen—especially when I’m cleaning the fridge or oven.”

Welcome to Monday Tips! This month, we’re focusing on Simplifying Schedules. Summer is just around the corner, and school will soon be out. Is there something you’re carrying stress over that doesn’t need to hold so much weight?
When we slow down, we begin to notice the beauty around us—the sunrise and sunset, our kids’ laughter, the simple joy of being outside in the dirt. We get to soak up the sunshine and truly lean into life instead of rushing through it. These next few months let’s make some memories together!

“I enjoy how in each conversation, phone call, social media material prep Jesus is present, and alive!
Always feel encouraged and reminded of how cared for I am , and that there is no judgement. .”

🏡 What’s your favourite room to have clean?
“I absolutely LOVE having a clean kitchen—especially before bed! As a mom, waking up to a tidy kitchen helps me start the day with a clear mind. It allows me to think about meal plans and the day ahead without feeling overwhelmed.”

💛 What’s something you appreciate about the way God made you?
“I appreciate that God created me sensitive to music, and with a heart for caring for people and encouraging them.
It is not easy to quiet our minds on the day to day, but being able to stop and spend some time in Gods presence and experiencing His love and care through worship, it’s a precious time for me.
Spending time with people and caring for them is a precious thing to my heart, being able to share Gods truth and walk beside them in their journey, it’s a gift.”

💖 Meet Dana, the Office Administrator at It Is Good Cleaning! 💖

What do you enjoy most about working at It Is Good Cleaning? 🪴One of the things I enjoy most is serving our clients, supporting my co-workers, and working alongside my amazing boss! I love helping people feel cared for, heard, and valued while doing my best to meet their needs.

What is your favourite room to have cleaned? 🪴Honestly, all of it! 😂 There’s nothing quite like walking into a freshly cleaned home and enjoying that clean-house feeling. If I had to choose, though, I’d say the bathroom. It’s usually the last room I clean on my own to-do list—and definitely not because I’m saving the best for last!

What’s something you appreciate about how God created you? 🪴I love that God created me able to be ok with not being perfect. I can make mistakes and have grown to show myself grace because of the grace He shows me, which has allowed me to grow through some challenging times and gives me better compassion and kindness with our clients and staff.
We are so blessed to have such a wonderful team, and I can’t wait for you to meet more of them throughout the summer!
