We know it is better to take the time, get the ladder out and climb closer to the window to give it our undivided attention. This way we can get it nice and shiny without swinging a long heavy cleaning tool at it, as too many companies with less experience sadly insist on doing. In case there is a faux pas and anything at all does happen in spite of all precautions, you are still covered.
