Pearce’s Cleaning Crew is a quickly growing, female-owned cleaning business operating out of The Blue Mountains. We service clients from Meaford to Tiny Ontario and surrounding areas. At Pearce's Cleaning Crew we understand cleaning is a necessary task that not all can accomplish on their own. We are dedicated to fulfilling all our clients' needs while keeping our employees happy and excited to return to work each day. We are looking for 4 candidates who are passionate about performing a service that will contribute to helping those in need of our help.. Hours may vary depending on your availability; the more you work, the more clients that can be booked. During training, days will range from 3 to 8 hours per day.

Wage:

Cleaning hours will start at 18.per hour to start, driving hours will be paid at 15.50 per hour, future raises will be applied to cleaning hours.

our service areas:

we service from meaford to tiny and surrounding areas. Drive time from one clean to another may be up to an hour, we always try to get minimum drive time as possible.

Tasks include but are not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting furniture, washing laundry, washing dishes, making beds, disinfecting surfaces, restocking Airbnb supplies, and polishing stainless steel appliances and faucets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Pearce's Cleaning Crew is a detail oriented cleaning company who services Meaford to tiny township. We are looking for 1-2 dedicated individuals to join our team, part time leading into weekends and holidays needed.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to: cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, Washing bedding, Making beds, Vacuuming, Mopping, Changing garbage's, organizing, and deep cleaning
Employees may also be asked to pick up and drop of other employees (with compensation)

Candidates must :
-Have Attention to detail
-Be Quick and efficient
-Be Able to meet deadlines
-Be Motivated
-Have Own vehicle to get to and from cleans (will be compensated 0.61 per km plus 15.50 per hour for drive time)
-Must be willing to pick up other employees (with compensation)
- Must be able to store cleaning supplies (everything is provided to you)
Cleaning Experience is essential
-must love cleaning and be dedicated to helping others

Wage:
Cleaning hours will be paid 17.75 per hour to start and drive time hours will be paid 15.50 raises will only be applied to cleaning hours, 0.61 cents per KM will be paid out do drivers who drive their own vehicle.

This position can turn into a team leader/trainer position to the right candidate.

Step one: grab your cleaner of choice I use power paste by scrub daddy with a non abrasive scrubby I use scrub daddy’s double sided scrubby/sponge

Step two: apply cleaner scrub and let sit I let it sit for 5 minutes scrubbed again for a few minutes

Step 3: rinse with hot water and a microfibre

Step 4: dry and buff out with a dry clean microfibre

This method and cleaner works on stoves, sinks, rosters and so much more!

How to use:
Wet scrubby, get power paste clay on scrubby by rubbing it in the paste then simply scrub surface, leave on for 5 min, scrub again and rinse! Repeate untill desired results! Use a tooth brush for those hard to reach areas!!
