Just a reminder not to bring gas or chemical soaked items into the laundromat. Someone brought in 2 quilts last Friday that left a very strong gas smell in 2 of the wash machines. It took us a few days to clean them out enough to get rid of the smell. This meant that there were 2 washers down for 2 days. Not to mention the fact that we, and customers had to put up with the smell for a few days as well. Please be respectful of your neighbors. If you have clothes or blankets that are contaminated just ask Terry or Tyler and we can suggest a few fixes for you.

Just a neat tidbit from yesterday's Good News Network:

"""A Finnish study of 2,264 adults found that people who drank more coffee tended to have significantly less body fat, more muscle mass, and a healthier metabolic profile than those who drank less, despite having similar BMI readings, with the strongest differences seen in men. University of Oulu, published in the European Journal of Nutrition."""

Coffee is one of the world's most widely consumed beverages, and previous research has linked its consumption to a lower risk of conditions such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. However, the biological mechanisms behind these benefits remain unclear.
