Provincial court in BC has ruled in Fan v Norther tropic Homes the the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act requires home renovation contractors to include a project completion date in contracts with clients.

Genesis provides a schedule of works with a completion date on all it's projects. Don't settle for excuses.
