This video is a great example of even though it 'looks' clean, it's probably not.

Agitation is one of the most important steps during the cleaning process, it brings all the dirt, grime, hair, and dead skin cells up from deep within the under-pad (that's those fuzzy little black tufts you see) allowing us to extract it from the carpet leaving your carpet clean from the inside out!
