It might not feel like it outside but cold and flu season is upon us! 🤒

✨ Here are some tips to keep yourself and others safe during this time of year! ✨

•Disinfect high touch items (door k***s, light switches, TV remotes, etc)

•Wash your hands often and always use hand sanitizer after going shopping or to appointments 🛍️

•ONIONS! Cut an onion or two in half and place them around your home, they absorb all of the toxins and bad things floating in the air around you 🦠

•Make sure you’re getting enough vitamin C! If you aren’t getting enough within your diet check out the pharmacy, they have vitamin-C supplements and most chewable ones taste pretty good too!

•Make sure you’re getting enough sleep - not getting enough sleep can weaken your immune system 💤

✨ If you or anyone in your home find yourself with a cold or the flu the day of your cleaning please let me know! For the safety of my clients and myself I cannot service your home until you’re feeling better again ✨
