✨ IT’S OFFICIAL… We are LIVE!✨

After what can only be described as a labour of love (and a whole lot of time, learning, tweaking, second-guessing, and tweaking again 😂), I’m so excited to finally share that…

💚 The Green & Co Property Care website is officially LIVE! 💚

This little business has been built from the ground up, and getting the website finished feels like another pretty big milestone. It’s been a lot of work behind the scenes, but I’m really proud of how it all came together and how well it represents the true core of what I want Green & Co to be.

If you’ve been following along since the beginning, thank you. Your support, encouragement, likes, shares, recommendations, and bookings have meant more than you probably realize.

You see a clean space. But you don’t always see everything behind it.

When you hire a professional cleaning company, you’re paying for more than the time we’re physically in your space.

There’s the never-ending laundry, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, maintaining vacuums and tools, keeping supplies stocked, business development and free walkthroughs, travel time, quoting, scheduling, invoicing and bookkeeping.

Then there’s the marketing, social media, insurance, licensing, accounting software, and all the other little hidden business expenses that quietly add up.

None of those things are particularly glamorous… but they’re all part of what makes up our rates and being able to arrive for a job prepared, properly insured, and ready to do a great job.

We know everyone’s budget is different, and we’re not here to tell anyone what they should spend on cleaning. No judgment here. 💚

We just thought we’d pull back the curtain a little and show you some of the work that happens behind the scenes when nobody’s watching.

I promise you there’s a LOT more to it than
spray → wipe → go home. 😂

Sundre & area — I’m opening up a few spots for new cleaning clients!

I’m looking to take on a few more homes or commercial spaces particularly clients who would like regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning, but one-time deep cleans and seasonal/occasional cleans are absolutely welcome too! (We love those!)

While recently performing a move out clean we discovered a bathtub that would just NOT drain!

After further inspection and removing the drain plug we discovered years of hair and soap scum blocking the drain creating a blockage so in true Green & Co fashion we HAD to sort it out. This was the result….. LOL

Plumber mode activated!!! 😂

5 areas often overlooked during regular cleaning…

😂 WHEN QUALITY CONTROL TAKES THEIR JOB A LITTLE TOO SERIOUSLY…

At Green & Co, we believe every job deserves a thorough final inspection….whether we like it or not. LOL

Floors washed? ✔️
Edges checked? ✔️
Everything looks fresh? ✔️

Enter in the highly qualified (not at all) Quality Control Manager 🐾

The official inspection procedure is:

1. Walk around and stare suspiciously at cleaner.
2. Inspect freshly washed floor.
3. Look unimpressed.
4. Immediately lie directly on said freshly washed floor.
5. Declare the floor acceptable by covering approximately 30% of it with fur & paw prints. 😂

Because nothing says “Yep, looks great!” quite like putting your entire body on the floor two seconds after it’s been cleaned. 🤦🏽‍♀️ 🤷🏻‍♀️

Final QC report:
Floor: CLEAN
Inspector: COMFORTABLE
Fur distribution: 100% UNDERWAY
⭐️ Overall rating: Apparently acceptable

It all matters. More than you probably realize.

Starting a small business has been terrifying, and feels like I am putting a little piece of my heart & soul out into the world hoping someone believes in it as much as I do. And lately, you’ve been showing me that you do.
