Containerized Sanitation is looking for a Driver:
Your Responsibilities will be but not limited to:
• Operate Front End, Roll-off, and Side-load waste, recycling collection equipment and fork lift.
• Responsible for loading household and commercial waste into trucks and transporting to disposal site.
• Prepare, load, tarp and transport containers to disposal site, residential or business locations.
• Scale Operation
• Container maintenance, Equipment maintenance, buildings and facilities work
• Must have the willingness to go the extra mile and be a team player.
• Maintains a clean and safe vehicle.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections daily.
• Other duties as assigned
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
• Must be able to handle weights up to 44 lbs repeatedly and be able to work in all weather conditions. Must be comfortable bending or standing for long periods at a time.
Credentials
• Driver's License (Class 3 or D); Air Brake (Z) Endorsement - Clean Abstract Required
• Experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check
Assets
• First Aid Training
• Fork Lift Certification
• Power Line Safety
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods
• Steel-toed safety boots are required
