Hiring for long-term, permanent team members INDEPENDENT SUBCONTRACTORS who are serious about professional house cleaning.
PLEASE NOTE SUBCONTRACTORS ONLY.
It is paid at high rate and it requires you to perform top notch job, work independently without any supervision,
do your own taxes annually , driving your own vehicle, using your own supplies and equipment.
Being a subcontractor allows you to write off your gas, cleaning supplies, cell phone bill and other possible expenses such as lunches on the go.
Work along or with a partner
Full / half day shifts available in early mornings, afternoons, evenings
You should know how to use GPS to drive to job sites, follow estimated times and job descriptions, communicate with clients as well as with other team members.
You are:
Able to work and travel within Sea to Sky Corridor
You have a reliable transportation to all job sites
You have excellent manners of communication with your customers
You can deliver 5-star service
Organized and detailed oriented
Positive attitude
Quick efficient problem solver
Physically healthy & fit and can carry up to 30lb
PAY:
Established pricing per job
Training period of 2 weeks paid $25/h
