Basket & Broom Cleaning is a small but mighty Squamish based cleaning company, currently serving Squamish to Furry Creek. We are built around 3 core values - Trust, Integrity, and Fun! We are a small company looking to build a tight knit team of cleaners who are like minded and will take excellent care of our clients and each other.
The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. You enjoy being helpful and of service to others. We like to think of our clients as our B&B family and try to take care of them as such! Residential cleaning experience is an asset but not required. Also, must love dogs! And cats, fish, reptiles. We treat our clients' family pets as our own too.
Starting wage $22.50/hr (training rate)
Working wage $25-$30/hr + bonuses
25+ hours per week
*This is an contractor position*
Duties:
>Residential cleaning, rental/airbnb cleaning, building cleaning
>Arrive to jobs on time and prepared
>Be able to work independently and with a partner / team
>Communicate effectively
>Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, dishes, baseboards, cobwebs, floors, etc.
>Pet doggos and kitty cats
Qualifications:
>Strong organizational skills
>Cleaning experience an asset (not required)
>Excellent time management
>Able to build friendships and bonds with people
>Customer service-oriented mindset
>Able to carry moderately heavy/awkward items (vacuum, mop, cleaning bag)
>Able to perform physically demanding work 4-8 hours/day
