Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning duties for residential and/or commercial properties
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean windows, kitchens, and bathrooms
• Sanitize surfaces and maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management
• Ensure client satisfaction by meeting high standards of cleanliness

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in cleaning (residential or commercial) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks
• Good communication skills and friendly attitude
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Background check required
