Some before and afters of a chimney chase cap rebuild. Beautiful day to get it done. Our home home hydra Seal will keep this chase cap intact for many years to come.

When a customer had their chimney removed by an unqualified company they called us to come make it right. Got rid of the 1/4 ply rebuilt. Chimney installed. Gas fireplace chimney also installed. New chimney caps. Called it a day at 7pm so come back during the snow to add the final touches.

Always get a wett inspection when buying a home. This chimney was removed unfortunately the buyer believed there was a working fireplace. Luckily they had us do an inspection to provide the report and a quote for negotiation to replace the missing chimney.

Customer called for a basic sweep and inspection. We went up top to find the previous company installed some bird spikes and did not 1: inform the customer of the deterioration and 2: couldn't be bothered to clean up their dropped screws... When contacting someone please make sure they take pride in their job and want to notify the owner of any issues. If you can't even pick up dropped screws it shows you don't value customer satisfaction. Always go with someone you can trust to have your interests out first.

New chimney installed, sealed, functioning as it should. Now this customer can enjoy having fires this winter and stay warm and offset some heating bills.
