Ruby Tuesdays Laundry Services is growing, and we’re expanding beyond laundry into residential, short-term rental, and small business cleaning services across the Greater Victoria region.
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that is building something long-term.
🔹What You’ll Be Doing
✅Professional laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and quality control
✅Cleaning residential homes, vacation rentals, and small commercial spaces
✅Preparing short-term rental properties to a high guest-ready standard
✅Working independently and as part of a team
✅Representing our company with professionalism and care
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in house cleaning, hotel, or resort cleaning is a strong asset
✅ Strong attention to detail, consistency matters in this role
✅ Ability to work efficiently and stay organized
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
✅ Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
✅ Ability to work flexible hours, including turnovers and busy periods
💲 Compensation
$19–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level
