APEX TOUCH SOLUTIONS

Our Business. Our Hands. Our Reputation.

It's rarely the big things that get overlooked.

It's the little things.

The details that are easy to walk past. The things that don't necessarily fall under a cleaning checklist. The small issues that can become bigger ones when nobody's paying attention.

At Apex Touch Solutions, we believe doing the job properly means looking beyond the task at hand.

Paying attention. Asking questions. Communicating. Following through.

Not because someone is checking up on us.

Not because it's on a checklist.

Because that's how we choose to operate.

We're not here to reinvent cleaning. We're here to bring a different level of attention to the work we do.

And sometimes, what matters most isn't what you cleaned.

It's what you noticed along the way.

Summer guests are gone. Winter guests are coming.

This is the window where the little things get caught.

Deep cleans.
Inventory checks.
Minor maintenance issues.
Linens and bedding.
Kitchen resets.
Amenity restocking.
Getting the property actually ready for the next season — not just cleaned.

At Apex Touch Solutions, fall is when we reset the properties we look after and start preparing for another Shuswap winter.

Because once sled season hits, there’s no time to play catch-up.

A better guest experience. Less single-use waste. One more reason for guests to remember the property.

YOUR PROPERTY DOESN’T NEED ANOTHER QUICK CLEAN.
IT NEEDS A COMPLETE RESET.

The Apex Complete Reset is designed for properties that need more than a routine turnover.

We work through the property from top to bottom—deep cleaning, organizing, identifying damage, checking supplies, correcting presentation issues and restoring the details that affect every guest experience.

Ideal for:

• Properties coming out of a busy season
• New vacation-rental listings
• Homes changing cleaners or management
• Owner arrivals and seasonal reopening
• Properties that have slowly slipped below standard

When we’re finished, you don’t just get a cleaner property—you get a clearer picture of its condition and a stronger standard moving forward.

Cleaned. Checked. Restocked. Reset.

A GREAT TURNOVER GOES BEYOND WHAT GUESTS CAN SEE.

Beds made, counters wiped and floors washed are only the beginning. The real difference is in the details being checked between every stay.

At Apex Touch Solutions, we watch for:

• Cleaning equipment that needs attention
• Linens requiring proper organization
• Damaged cords and equipment
• Buildup around appliances
• Hair and debris collecting in drains
• Lint accumulating inside dryers
• Vents affecting airflow
• Dishware requiring extra attention
• Coffee makers needing a deeper clean

These details can affect your guests, reviews, equipment and ultimately your investment.

Apex Touch Solutions goes beyond the turnover.

We clean. We inspect. We document. We report. We help catch the small things before they become expensive problems or guest complaints.

When your property needs more than a surface clean, it may be time for an Apex Reset.

Hey All! Have an absolutely excellent day!!!

THE DETAILS MATTER.

It’s easy to make a property look clean.

We go further.

Linen storage organized.
Stains tackled.
Drains cleared.
Property concerns noticed and documented.

Because a great turnover isn’t just about what the next guest sees — it’s about what the property owner doesn’t have time to see.

APEX TOUCH SOLUTIONS

Clean. Organized. Documented. Looked after.
