Trailer is a 2016 Catalina coachmen. It has one main bedroom and one spacious bathroom, middle kitchen and front living room space.
Attached they have 2 add ons (12x12 and 10x12)
Their package includes all furniture, (6) solar panels 1000 watts each , 3 batteries 700 Ah, 3000 watt inverter, 400 lb propane tank and starlink internet .
Shed is 8x10 and includes a shop vac, air compressor, generator, electric motor and chainsaw.

Buyers must have owners approval to continue camping on the seasonal lot. This lot is located in a quiet section with no young children (grandchildren visits always welcome 🤗).
