When mold remediation is finished, how do you know the job was actually successful? 🤔

The answer is Post-Remediation Verification (PRV).

PRV is the final step after mold remediation. It confirms that:
✔️ Mold contamination has been properly removed.
✔️ The work area has been thoroughly cleaned.
✔️ Air quality has returned to acceptable conditions.
✔️ The space is ready to be safely occupied again.

Without independent verification, there's no way to know whether mold spores are still present or if the underlying issue has truly been resolved.

Here's a hint... take a closer look at where the downspout is draining. 💧

Once containment was set up and the affected walls were opened, the true extent of the problem became clear.

Behind the finished basement walls, our team discovered:

- Signification foundation cracking
- Structural movement within the foundation wall
