I have always been the girl that questioned everything. This led me to get my degree in psychology 🧠

Understanding the mind in a more comprehensive way has given me tools to understand how we are impacted differently, and a huge part in how we feel and behave is our external environment!

Understanding WHY and HOW our environment impacts our mental state is something that can be recognized and felt immediately. Being able to impact our mood and wellbeing with something so simple (not always easy) is a powerful tool to keep in our pocket. 🔧
