‘‘Tis the Season of celebration! 🎊

First I honour the birth of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I also celebrate the gift of serving our community for 20 years. Brent and I birthed this business out of prayer and AMFB Services emerged. We have been About My Father’s Business ever since!

At Handy Housewives we had the opportunity to come together for a time of fun and fellowship this past weekend. Thank you to the Berry Barn! I value and greatly appreciate each person on staff and their commitment to our team & our mission of “Refreshing spaces, Inspiring time together and Welcoming rest” for our clients!

Welcome to our team Shawna!

Hi, I am Shawna. I enjoy cleaning and helping our clients so they can come home to a clean and tidy space. It makes me happy to help others to free up their time so they can relax and enjoy spending time with their loved ones.

I also feel that it helps improve one's mental state being in a clean, organized environment without the stress of finding the time and will to do it.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and tidying my own home. I also like to travel.

I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the Handy Housewives team. I have already learned so much and met many wonderful co-workers and clients. I look forward to continuing to grow and improve my skills as I gain more experience with each home I complete.

Changing my mindset to see problems as opportunities helped me grow as a person and entrepreneur.

I would call my spiritual Father regularly stressed out with the problems I was facing. He would always say, “Melanie to every problem there is a solution.” And then he would pray for me. 😊.

So I started to change how I was viewing the problem as a force of opposition but an opportunity to learn, grow, improve and really break old mindsets that were no longer serving me.

My greatest times of growth happen in these opportunities.
