Wrapped up this pool renovation in the north end of Saskatoon last week. This was an existing 18x36 pool that we upgraded with new steps, equipment, a cover system, and liner.

• VOS box corner step addition
• ClearDeck cover system
• New plumbing, whitegoods, heater, filter, salt system, and pump
• New liner from Megna Pools

Build the best. Service the rest.

Here’s a look at the full transformation of our first pool build in the Willows.

You may have seen some time lapses from this project I posted already, but here’s a closer look at some of the different stages of the build and how it all came together.

This one has vinyl-over-steel (VOS) steps and a two-stage bottom, with a layer of rock and concrete underneath the pool pad for ground water control.

Stay tuned for next summer to see the finished project with the pool deck and landscaping completed.

This is our first pool build out in the Willows. Here’s a look at pool pad day on this project. We had a few extra hurdles to work around with no running water on site, a major excavation happening at the golf course, and a first-time pool pad mixer.

Overall, everything went smoothly and we got the pad finished up and ready for the liner install the next day.

Stay tuned for the liner timelapse tomorrow.

Some behind the scenes from pool #8 of the year.

Here’s a look inside the pool shed while I’m doing the plumbing and mechanical work to get everything circulating.

• Hayward equipment
• Variable-speed pump
• Natural gas heater
• HL Pro salt system tied into the automation

Stay tuned for more from our fall pool projects.

Swipe to see the transformation. We built this pool last summer and the landscaping and lounge area was completed earlier this summer. It came together beautifully.

Everyone in the family can enjoy this outdoor space whether you’re swimming, lounging, or enjoying a drink at the poolside tiki bar. The liner pattern is Baia Embossed by Megna Pools.

Stay tuned for the feature video on this build, coming soon.
