THANK YOU ALL!
Many of you are aware that this season came with both planned and unplanned downtime, leading to a longer-than-expected absence and a growing list of patient clients waiting far longer than anyone should have to.
From extended time spent overhauling our backend systems — a necessary risk to streamline future workflows — to coordinating our “Prairie Sweeps” (away sprints to reach smaller communities), it's been a demanding but purposeful effort to improve how we operate, especially from first contact to final quote.
On top of that, nearly a month of unplanned downtime due to a hit-and-run that totaled the UCWC truck added another layer of challenge — but that chapter is finally resolved.
I want to extend my deepest thanks to every single supporter during this time.
Having such loyal clients and tight-knit communities to return to is one of the greatest blessings — it turns this work into something much more than just a business. ❤️
Thank you kindly for your continued support and understanding.
With gratitude,
Benjaminn Riglin

(P.S. - Agreed doesn't look like much damage but thats why it took over 2 weeks for them to start working on before all the extra damages were revealed: including bent frame, damaged suspension, driveway terrain damage, and more... sheesh glad it's over and there's a fresh unit replacing the old truck)
