We currently have an opening for Labourers to join our growing team, located in Saint John, NB and surrounding areas. We are looking for a hard working and dedicated individual who will work closely with our foremen and project managers to help achieve our daily and weekly goals. This ideal person enjoys working with their hands in a physically demanding environment!
Responsibilities:
▪️General heavy labour work in a construction environment
▪️Operate and care for equipment and tools;
Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
▪️Follow instructions from lead hands and project managers
▪️Perform site clean-up
▪️Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
▪️Ability to use power tools and equipment required to perform the work;
▪️Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions;
▪️Able to lift/carry 50 lbs.;
▪️Physically capable with good hand-eye coordination, and endurance;
▪️Able to work independently and as a team;
▪️Thrives in a fast-paced environment;
▪️Steel toed safety boots (CSA approved);
▪️Ability to work independently and as a team member;
▪️Possess a valid driver's license, have an acceptable driving record as well as having a means of transportation.
