Our mission is to serve our community, empowering our clients in their home and business spaces as we take away that additional stress of their weekly cleaning needs. We hire experienced cleaners with additional training from our management team who have over 20 years of experience in the business. Our teams are timely but thorough and pay attention to detail. Your list of duties can change weekly as long as it is within the allotted booking time we have set up for you. When hiring a team member our interview process is three steps to ensure they are the right fit for our clientele, brand, and mission, part of our mission is to hire individuals not only with experience but who want to become small business owners. They go through an Entrepreneurial Program so they have all the tools to succeed in providing quality care to the Empowered Cleaning Projects clients. This is a way to give back to the community to show women how to be able to take hold of their lives and learn entrepreneurial, mindset, and business skills to succeed in their own lives so they stay not only dedicated to themselves but inturn to our cherished clientele! We invest in our people so they invest in you! We donate to a local charity of our choosing quarterly. We focus on Mental Health/Well-Being charities and those affected by domestic violence as well as related charities like our local food banks. This is just one of our ways to say THANK YOU to our clients and teams! You are helping us help others, give back, and make a difference in our communities!
