We book for 2 of our team members to come out for your cleaning appointment.
We are fully insured and a registered business, we do thorough background checks, and our teams are bondedable they all have completed WHIMS. Our teams go through a First-class Cleaning Academy.
Do you have a home office? Can you write off a percentage of your cleaning? No worries, we provide you with our GST on your paid invoice.
We KNOW life can happen! We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, we provide you with email and text reminders that your cleaner is coming, when and the time frame to expect them.
We also know life can throw curve balls to our cleaning teams, so we book 2 cleaners and guarantee 1, (if we can not replace the 2nd cleaner), so you are not left without a cleaning at all that week.
We are all about building a good relationship with our clients and you will have the opportunity to rate your cleaners, privately if you choose for us to not know who you are. So you can be truly transparent and honest.
We know that we will only get better and better with feedback.
