The presence of cloudy water cannot be solely attributed to dirty filters. Following filter cleaning, the water cleared up, but not to the expected degree of clarity. In this scenario, sunscreen appears to be the primary cause of the cloudy water. I will add a clarifier and that should improve water clarity over the next few hours.
