Black mould in rental properties is about to become a very serious issue for landlords.

Under the Renters Rights Act the rules around property condition are tightening significantly.
Here is what every landlord needs to know.
Black mould is no longer something you can ignore or blame on the tenant.

The Decent Homes Standard is being extended to the private rented sector for the first time. This means your property must be free from serious health hazards.
