✨ Move-In & Move-Out Cleans ✨

Over the past couple of months, we’ve had the pleasure of taking on some BIG move out cleans, and I wanted to share a few before and after photos of the work we’ve been doing! 💚

These jobs are definitely bigger projects, but one of the things I love most about doing them is knowing that we’re helping take a little bit of stress off people’s plates during what can be such a busy and overwhelming time.

Moving comes with so much to think about, so much to organize, and so much to get done. If we can take even one thing off your to do list and give you one less thing to worry about, I’m more than happy to help!💚

Seeing the difference we can make in a space and knowing we’ve helped make someone’s move a little easier is such a rewarding feeling, and it’s one of the many reasons I love what I do.

💚A FEW IMPORTANT CLIENT REMINDERS FROM BOGH CLEANING CO. 💚

As we head into cold & flu season, I wanted to take a moment to touch base on a few important policies and expectations moving forward.

🤒 SICKNESS & RESCHEDULING

If you or anyone in your household is sick with a contagious illness, please let me know before I arrive. I am more than happy to reschedule your cleaning until everyone is feeling better.

As a cleaning professional, I am working directly in bathrooms, kitchens, and throughout your home, so being exposed to illness can have a major impact on me and my ability to work. I would never knowingly enter your home while I am sick and put your household at risk, and I ask that the same courtesy be extended to me.

If someone in the home is visibly or knowingly sick when I arrive, I will consider the situation unsafe working conditions and will leave and reschedule the service.

There will be NO 24-hour cancellation fee for illness. Please do not feel like you have to let me come into your home because you’re worried about being charged a cancellation fee. Your health and mine come first.

If illness becomes a recurring issue with a client, I may need to take further action regarding future bookings.

✨PAYMENT✨

As outlined in my client agreements, payment is due on the day of service.

I completely understand that life gets busy and that people can occasionally forget. a friendly reminder here and there is no problem at all!

However, having to repeatedly follow up for outstanding payments puts me in an uncomfortable position and takes time away from running my business. Please ensure payment is made on the day of your cleaning unless we have discussed another arrangement beforehand.

🏠 BUSINESS EXPENSES / CLAIMING CLEANING SERVICES

I have absolutely no issue providing the necessary documentation for clients who operate a home-based business, such as having a dedicated office or workspace within their home, where my cleaning services are genuinely related to that business space.

If your business does not operate from your home and the cleaning is strictly for your personal residence, I cannot represent the cleaning as a business-related expense on your behalf.

This policy is in place to protect both you and my business. I run Bogh Cleaning Co. with honesty, professionalism, and full transparency, and I want to make sure my invoices accurately reflect the services being provided.

Also for those of you that don’t know I am Insured, licensed and expanded into commercial.🤗

I truly appreciate all of my clients and the trust you place in me to care for your homes. These policies aren’t meant to make things difficult — they’re simply here to make sure expectations are clear and that I can continue providing reliable, professional service to everyone. 💚

Move-in and move-out cleans are larger, more detailed cleans and can take several hours to complete. With my regular schedule being quite full, these larger jobs can be difficult to fit in when requested only a few days in advance.

If you know your moving date, please reach out as early as possible! The more notice you can provide, the better chance I have of finding an opening that works for you.

Last-minute requests are always welcome to ask about, but availability is not guaranteed.

Every home is different, so move-in and move-out cleans are quoted individually.

Pricing is based on factors such as:

• Overall condition
• Amount of buildup/detailing required
• Additional services requested

This allows me to provide a fair quote based on the actual amount of work your home requires, rather than using a one-size-fits-all price.
