Apologies that the large washer coin slot isn't working. We've had it "fixed" 4 times in the past few weeks and it keeps jamming or something. We've replaced the old coin slot with a sourced replacement, but it seems that didn't work either as it keeps jamming again. If you're an "app person", you can use the app still as it works but the slot isn't accepting coins for now.

We'll keep trying and thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Good news!

On Tuesday night, someone left a bolt in their pocket, which got jammed in the dryer, causing a machine breakdown. We were down to our last working dryer and we always strive to provide the best experience for our users. We appreciate your patience.

This morning, our excellent repair person Johann, from QCove Appliance Repair, fixed that dryer, and the two other machines that were waiting on new parts. We have the two other machines nearly fixed now, but there is a problem with the coin slots so they can't accept coins, but pay by app (PayRange) is still working so please use that in the meantime or use one of the other machines instead. We'll get those replacements in soon, stay tuned and thanks for your patience as we figure this out.

Update on the broken machines:

We have parts that will be here in the next couple of days and sort out the out of order machines. Unfortunately, it looks like something was put into the second-last working dryer so that's out of order until Friday too. Thank you for your patience.

We unfortunately have some machines out of order at the moment, but we're trying to get the parts to get them fixed as soon as we can. Please do not remove the signs.
