We hear it all the time when talking with new clients…

“We’ve had a cleaning service before, but…” and then we hear the reasons they’re looking for someone new.

And honestly, we listen to those reasons.

When someone chooses No BS Home Cleaning, we don’t want to just clean your home a few times we want to be the cleaning company you’re happy with for the long haul.

Every family and every home is different, which is why communication is SO important to us. What one client really values might be completely different from the next.

Of course, we know we can’t always be everything to everyone, but we want to come pretty darn close. 😂🧼

So we want to hear from YOU…

What matters most to you in a cleaning company? Is it communication, consistency, the little details, reliability, trust, flexibility… or simply knowing the job is going to be done right?

And for our current clients what is something we do that you really appreciate, or something you’d love to see us do even better?

We genuinely want to hear it. ❤️
