Hello There,

Cleaning service include full sanitization with microban24 & lysol, sanitized, colour coded norwex cloths. Things to expect,
- bathrooms top to bottom( sink, tub, glass in shower, grout, toilet including wall and baseboard behind.), wiping of cabinets.
- kitchen( appliances, sink, outiside of fridge, putting dishes away, wiping of cupboards)
- Floors vacuum and mopped if needed
- wal

ls wiped / magic eraser
- baseboards both dusted and wiped
- blinds, both vacuumed and wiped.
- dusting of bedrooms and living area
- appliances polished
- oven & inside fridge included in move out

Cash only for First time cleaning, after EMT is accepted. I mainly service the Tri cities, anything outside of New West will have a travel free. I would love to help you make your home look perfect!

public service announcement for summer
🌞🌞🌞🌻🌻🌻💛💛

This summer I will be taking time off to do fun things with my daughter and family. Over the last 12 years I have worked non stop, and now that I have my daughter full time I have realized the importance in slowing down and taking all the quality time & experiences in.

I will be off for roughly 20-25 days spread out over summer to go visit my mom in Victoria, taking Calina camping & give my body time to relax so I can be at my full potential to service all your beautiful homes!

There will be periods where I will have make up time before or after we are gone. And others that your home may be skipped. Don’t worry though, I will be happy to catch up on the following and you will have lots of notice!

If you’re planning on going on holidays and you won’t need your cleaning please feel free to let me know so I can schedule someone else into your slot & more than happy to do so! (It might even work out around the time we will be gone)

I appreciate your patience & kindness while I take time for myself this summer. If you’d like a referral for another service while I’m off, or to work out another arrangement I have a few companies I’m more than happy to send you.

Hi there!

Just a public service announcement, my books are closed and I am not taking new clients at the moment.

As well, in the coming months I will be re-formatting my business. Updating my rates (for some of you)
I will also be charging more for deep cleaning on top of regular cleaning - I.e blinds/ windows/ ovens and inside fridges & cabinets. Think “spring cleaning”

12 years in this industry has sadly taken a toll on my body and I cannot keep going at the rate I’m going. To be able to provide efficient, consistent and on going services for all my clients I will be reducing my operating hours. I will also be extending some of your cleans to get the extra things done. Over time people have added tasks on to the normal hours I’m working, and it’s not feasible to work as fast for more years to come. These expectations have become unrealistic, and with how physically demanding the job is I can’t keep up.

What does this mean? If you typically have a 3 hour clean and you’d like the blinds added I will be happy to do so but it will take 4-5.5 hours, not 3. Over time I have tried to work as hard as I can to get everything done in the same time frame but it’s just not possible anymore.

I thank you for your patience, kindness & understanding while somethings are adjusted & changed.

Please let me know ahead of time if you would like to add additional deep cleaning to your spring time services & I’m more than happy to help!
