Important 2026 Update ✨

As our schedule continues to fill with recurring and time-sensitive bookings, we’ve updated our 2026 Booking & Cancellation Policies to ensure fairness, consistency, and reliable service for all clients. These will be implemented for all bookings starting January 1st 2026.

Here’s what being updated:

Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleans
• 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule
• Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service

Residential Cleans
• 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule
• Deposits are required and any late cancellation will result in a forfeited deposit

These policies allow us to protect our team’s time and continue delivering the level of service our clients expect.
