If there are tedious things you don't want to do, I might be able to help!

I recently started a side project of sorts for an amazing client of mine. While our team takes care of her regular needs, I have been helping transform her basement for her and helping with the clean up after ongoing renovations in her place.

To say I'm proud of this progress is an understatement. I pulled up and removed all the flooring and underlay, purged and reorganized one of the corners, and finally demolished her chimney and removed all that too. For context, I'm little lol. And this was very physically demanding and I absolutely LOVED it. Like personal torture for my body but therapy for my mind. 😍

Next up is removing a wall for her, progress photos to come on that one so stay tuned! 😉

Good Evening Everyone! :)

I wanted to give clients a gentle reminder of our cancelation policy. I am pretty lenient at times with it, but we absolutely do have one in place. During this time of year we get a significantly higher volume of requests for one time cleans and new permanent spots. If you guys cancel the night before or the morning of, it leaves a gap in our schedule where we could have put in other requests. Please try to understand that we are a small team all just trying to feed our families.

Cancelation fees will be implemented and billed as follows:

-50% of service fee for 48 hour cancelation.
-75% of service fee for 24 hr/night before of cancelation.
-100% for morning of & 100%+ gas/time for no-shows/lock outs. (If we arrive and are unable to access the clean/door is locked, no communication, etc).

Please know it was a difficult decision to come to, but as we grow and have a rapid increase in clientele, having a heads up gives us the opportunity to book someone else in on a one-time spot. We appreciate each and everyone of you and thank you forever for your on-going support. 🫶

Hey clients! Is someone missing a drying towel? 😅 Sometimes the team and I blindly launch the rags and things get picked up by accident. I can usually figure out where they belong to and return it promtly (this isn't a common thing btw, it's happened twice in the last year and a half lol), but I just can't figure out there this yellow towel came from. 😅
