A safer disinfectant spray alternative! 💜
We must keep reducing the chemicals we are exposed to as harmful ingredients in commercial products like, benzalkonium chloride, phenols, and sodium sulfite can harm our mucous membranes, making it harder to breathe.

To make a healthier cleaner/disinfectant, combine 1 cup of water and 20 drops of lavender essential oil in a spray bottle and shake well. Mist any areas needing disinfecting or refreshing...optional cloth wipe.

Lavender oil contains 50% linalool, a naturally occurring alcohol that kills bacteria and viruses more effectively than the phenols in commercial disinfectants!! And smells sooooo much better ☺️
