Ron’s Pumping Service — a local, family-owned septic company with 40+ years in the business — is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team!

Duties Include:
• Answering phones & booking appointments
• Managing emails & correspondence
• Light accounting (SAGE experience is an asset)
• Supporting government contract work (asset)

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of office/customer service experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving & MS Office skills
• Clear police check & eligible for government security clearance
• Local knowledge of areas like Almonte, Arnprior, Carp, Kanata, Pakenham, etc. is a plus!

Ron’s Pumping Service is a local, family-run septic pumping company with over 40 years in the industry. We’re currently hiring an AZ or DZ Truck Driver to join our team.
Job Duties Include:
• Driving a heavy-duty septic truck to residential & commercial locations
• Performing daily truck checks (tires, lights, fluids, etc.)
• Pumping septic/holding tanks
• Communicating with the office throughout the day
• Filling out logbooks
• Being courteous & professional with customers
What We’re Looking For:
• AZ or DZ license
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Mechanically inclined
• Physically fit (able to lift 50+ lbs)
• Reliable, trustworthy, able to work independently
• 3+ years truck driving experience preferred
• Able to pass a Criminal Record Check (Able to obtain Gov’t Security Clearance)
• Knowledge of the local area is a must – including Pakenham, Arnprior, Almonte, Calabogie, Carp, Kanata, White Lake, and surrounding areas

Ron’s Pumping Service is a reputable septic pumping company with over 40 years of experience in the industry. We are a local family owned & operated business looking to expand our company. We provide services to Lanark County, Renfrew County, West Carleton, Kanata, and surrounding areas.
Job Duties:
- Take care of the truck/inspect equipment regularly (tires, lights, brakes, fluids, etc.)
- Driving heavy duty septic truck to residential/commercial locations to pump septic or holding tanks
- Be in contact with the main office throughout the day
- Complete logbook
- Greet customers in a friendly manner when at their home
- **Must be familiar with local geographical region (Braeside, Calabogie, Woodlawn, Almonte, Lanark, rural Kanata etc.)**
Required Skills:
- **MUST be mechanically inclined – know how to grease truck, change oil, and assist with small repairs etc.**
- **Reliable & trustworthy** individual who complies with transportation regulations and company safety policies
- Az or DZ license
- Clean Driver’s abstract
- ideally 3 years + experience as a truck driver
- Ability to lift 50+lbs & be physically fit
- Clear Criminal Record Check – ability to get Government Security Clearance
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be a ‘Jack of all Trades’ – willing to do farm maintenance duties such as cutting grass, firewood, & helping with the syrup business in the spring
