To our valued customers: Over the course of the past few weeks Wilson Pools has discussed various safety measures that we can put into place for your safety as well as that of our employees.
We want you to know that we are committed to bringing you the same level of service that we have always offered, yet still maintaining the safest working environment possible.
We are going to continue to book our pool openings as we know that with having to stay home, especially with kids, having an outlet for some of the energy will be helpful.
We will not be collecting any cash at all onsite! When you call to book your appointment, we will send out an invoice which you can pay through a link with a credit card or via e-transfer direct to us.
As for chemicals & water tests, we will accept drop off for water samples, do pick ups and/or delivery when possible. I'm already working on a schedule for which days we can do that and at what times. We will be leaving everything outside of your door and again we will be using invoicing and online payment options.
All of this can be done while still maintaining the social distancing that is required and we appreciate all of your help with this.
