Kitchen faucet replacement from today.🚰

The old unit had started leaking and was showing its age, so we removed it and installed a new one.
Everything was cleaned up, connections checked, and tested to make sure there are no leaks and the pressure is running properly.
It’s a simple upgrade, but something you use every day — so it’s worth doing right.

Quick one 👇
There was no door here before, just an open space.
Client wanted to close it off a bit without making it feel tight, so we went with a foldable door.
Actually turned out really nice — saves space and still looks clean.
Took a bit to get everything lined up properly so it opens smooth, but worth it.

You could tell the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.
Carpet had spots, fridge needed attention, bathroom had buildup — all the usual things that slowly accumulate
We took our time with it — went piece by piece: carpet, appliances, corners, small details that are easy to miss.
Honestly, the most satisfying part is always the little things — pass after pass with microfibre and you see how shiny the fridge is, when bathtub turns white again, and the whole place smells just awesome.
That’s the goal every time.💕

We’re K&M Home Care & Maintenance — just a small local team here in Ottawa.

We got into this by helping people get their places back in shape — especially when it starts to feel like too much or there’s just no time to deal with it.

Right now we focus on move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleans, and small fixes around the house.
Nothing fancy — we just try to do things properly and pay attention to the details.

We’re still new, so we’re keeping prices fair and focusing on doing good work first.
