Position Summary
A cleaner is expected to establish strong relations with clients, perform thorough cleaning of the homes and do administrative duties when required. Successful candidates are expected to be detail oriented devoted to excellence in cleaning and customer service.

Valid driver license, must owns a vehicle and car insurance
Criminal Record Check
Needs a cellphone
Must speak English (French is an asset)

Responsibilities
Cleaning Appointments
Perform cleaning of homes while ensuring that tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed to the highest standards
Work with minimal supervision
Assess the homes, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment to customize each appointment to the client’s satisfaction
Establish positive relationships with clients
Adhere to proper safety policies and procedures
Be extremely reliable and trustworthy
Administrative Duties
Maintain an accurate log of appointment details
Report any complaints, issues, and problems to management as soon as possible
Cleaners are provided with clients but must create their own schedule to meet the client’s needs and provide the employer with a copy of the schedule X days ahead of time. It is the employee’s responsibility to reschedule with the clients when they have to cancel and keep the employer appraised of any changes.
Attend staff meetings (when required)

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour (To be Negotiated)
